Jordan was ski racing through St Joseph Secondary Hall Secondary School

Between races he fell on ice & fractured his femur then was rushed to the Sudbury hospital which is since defunct (closed) as a newer option is in use

The NB - OT Lab is 100% liable for causing the accident using wireless neurological technology equipment

St Joseph Secondary Hall Secondary School of the Catholic School Board is not liable as they provided transportation to & from the event then the organized ski race which Jordan & parents consented to knowing risks as an extra cirricular activity 

Specific people Jordan met growing up were also hooked up to be monitored & or monitored & controlled then others used to operate at or with the labs 

Jordan Bennett has no non-visible or visible disability or handicap outside this injury  


DR NIC BENNETT - SYDNEY NICOLA BENNETT 

The NB - OT Labs attempted to use Dr Jeff Phillips & Dr McDougal alongside two counsellors & a Psychiatrist as a cover to justify the use of the neurological technology equipment hooked up to the body prior to 1999 yet these obtained diagnosis were obtained by the NB - OT Labs between 2004-2006 

While some agree with the potential validity Persinger-Koslov disagreed 100% knowing that the NB - OT Labs did what they did then other evaluation results 

This has to be disputed in the Law-Courts with the NB - OT Labs & Persinger-Koslov alongside Lakeview (3 other devices) present alongside the H.I.3 Case & evidence    


FRAUD CLAIMS DESTROYED 

The 4 Bennett's were never involved in crime, illegal or fraudulent acts as a conscious life choice natural with conscience & morals yet the NB - OT Labs attempted to sabotage them multiple times prior to 1999 & post leading up to 2024 

The North Bay Police were involved operating with & at the North Bay - Ottawa non-Standardized Threat Labs prior to 1999 & before 2008 & again in 2014 yet not since
